Peril Sensitive Sunglasses

Joo Janta 200 Super-Chromatic Peril Sensitive Sunglasses

Be Afraid. But Don't Panic.

Fans of the TV version of the wonderful Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy will remember these.
While the style may be a tad future-steam-punk, this is the type of useful technology I think we need today. Activated by encroaching danger, these darken to totally black, super-fast to prevent the wearer from witnessing whatever terrible thing is about to happen. Unfortunately these are not available in our collective time-line. Yet.

If you are not familiar with The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy in any of it's iterations, well, that's just sad. There was a radio show, a series of books, a TV show and a movie. Are you that out of touch? The Joo Janta 200 Super-Chromatic Peril Sensitive Sunglasses are nothing compared to some of the other technology invented by Douglas Adams. There is the Crises Inducer, the Thinking Cap, and of course, the Babel Fish, which, once stuck in ones ear, allows the symbiote (you) to understand and communicate in any language, earth based or other.

I am going to do you (and your kids) a favor and hook you up with some cool HGTHG stuff. You can thank me later.

The first episode of the TV series- (Episode1--Part 1)
